inconsistent service left me wanting more

dirty carpetsmissing slippers
The room wasn't very clean. I was disappointed. the bathroom and shower needed more attention, there was dust and grime in the corners. the carpets also looked quite dirty, and i did not expect this from a supposed 5-star hotel. when i called for missing slippers, they said they would send them right away but no one ever came. It was frustrating.

Underwhelming Stay

unclean bathroommissing slippers
The cleaning was subpar, to say the least. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, and I spotted some questionable stains. To top it off, the promised slippers never materialized despite my repeated requests. It seems like they need to teach the staff a thing or two about cleanliness and fulfilling basic requests..

herbal soupreasonable price
Chef Shammi made a special herbal soup for my daughter. She enjoyed the special brew and felt much better after it. I also appreciated transport to the Golden Temple at a reasonable price. The rooms were fabulous. The staff organized it well.
The front desk service was slightly disappointing. I had to call them several times for services included in my package.

i found the restaurant team especially attentive. they were well-managed even during busy times. the front desk staff assisted with transport to the golden temple. the price was reasonable for the service.
the pool area is quite small and looked to be a smoking zone, not suitable for families or kids.
